Description
The Hot-Dog AK/1-AP3 device bakes the buns at 2000 C and it doesn’t just heat them, with a temperature selection of three burners for energy saving.
The device has:
- 1000W resistance cast in aluminum for stable temperature and adequate heat transmission.
- Reinforced internal insulation to prevent heat transfer to the plate.
- Three burners Ø25mm, length 210mm with the ability to bake the buns and not only heat them.
- Thermostat 500C – 2000C to regulate the temperature of the fires.
- Safety switch for greater safety, which stops operation in case of overheating.
- 1000W stove for generating steam, with an energy regulator to adjust the water evaporation temperature.
- Teflon-lined water tank.
- Removable fireproof glass Ø200mm, 5mm thick and 240mm long.
- Stainless steel basket with removable partition.
- Stainless steel cap.
